    M4 too big and the threads on the existing seem to be coarse. Doesn’t match anything on my metric thread gauge. I’m going to go to local fasteners supplier and see if they have anything. If not I will open out to M4

    Currently refurbing my rear sliding windows in my 90. I’ve managed to round off 2 of the small csk screws that hold the frame together. Does anyone know what size/thread they are and where I can get some. I have googled them but can’t find them.

    Galvanised bulkhead

    I fitted a shielder bulkhead and it is fine. I was expecting to have to modify it mind. Saying that I did have to open up the holes for the door hinges but that was it.

    I repaired mine and parts alone cost £500. I then bought a new galvanised one as I wasn't happy with the corrosion I couldn't get to beween where the bulkhead is sandwiched together and spot welded.

    Bonnet Release Cable

    That's the one I currently have. I had to modify it for my pedal box lock. Now I'm fitting a new galvanised bulkhead I need to modify again and sure I read somewhere about using the one from a TD5.
