My biggest worry would be using a Britpart servo but it sounds like it could be a leak in the pipe work.

I would try EVA modelling foam filler first. It’s a clay type filler used in cosplay armour and crafting. Then again I’m awesome.
Try a run with the fuel cap off just to make sure a vacuum isn’t building up in the tank. If it starts again it’s probably not air in the line...
