Did you ever find the part number for the gear alone ? i have seen the whole assembly for sale but not just the gear.

you can still get hold of 7 50s easily mate, so id stick with them. and you wont go far wrong in terms of gearing and such then :)

Right series 3 needs some new boots :), but limited budget of £400 means its probly going to be insa turbos, ranger or traction track, does anyone...

200s are not the easyiest engine to fit into a 109 due to the maining chassis leg being higher and hitting the turbo few ways of doing modifying...
mine doesnt have a light :(
problem is usually on the front, took me ages to get mine right. the trick i use now it remover the wheels, brake drum, hub units, and then undo...

its the preload on the swival balls thats your problem + the ralko bushes in the top of you swivel housings that are worn and need replacing....
they are an utter pain to bleed, i have the same problem on mine everytime i need to bleed the brakes its nearly always the front, the easyest way...
why are they all in ireland :( the pto will be deffernet on a defender one, i will find one and have it on the truck, one day :)
