Just bit the bullet and ordered a powerslave - the thing keeping me from doing it until now is the horror of bleeding the D2 clutch.
I didn't say any fault codes would be logged, just that balance could be affected.
I've had washers that have poorly sealed and they _have_ affected balance. There's no way of knowing how long some of these washers may have been...
They can. If fuel is leaking by the washer then the ECU will sense timing differences via the CPS and adjust the balance....
Surely those scratches have occurred post disassembly, they'd have soot embedded in them otherwise right?
Hmm, the temptation to boot is is just too strong for most I think.
I have a single mass flywheel on my D2 and don't get any vibrations at motorway speeds. Mines a Rakeway kit with a quality clutch plate and cover...
