Hi, saw you gave advice on how to convert a 300 Tdi to central locking. The link you gave won't open for me, probably because I am in Italy at the moment and the internet and Italy don't seem to mix!!
I would appreciate any advice you can give, I'm back in the UK in January and would like to fit the after market kit I bought about 6 months ago.
The rear door lock appears to be a real problem as I have a plywood panel (well made and painted black) which doesn't cover the lock. It appears that the lock doesn't have a link rod for central locking, but maybe it could be modified. I think a new rear door card will possibly be required.
Any help gratefully appreciated.
