    brilliant, cheers for that. i have 265's on for now but as i do mostly road and dirt track am thinking when the time comes to change i will go down to 235s just for the slightly better mpg.

    i will be using the disco gearbox and transfer box too to help my top end. have heard it slots straight in but the gearstick is very close to the seatbox. not sure what i will do on that. have already starting removing the bonnet engine etc from the td to make life easy and quicker. tunnel is already off.

    started ordering bits.

    steve parker exhaust adapter
    intercooler kit adapter
    clutch + arms etc.

    only bit i am unsure of is how the disco rad and intercooler fit in.

    while ago i saw a thread that i thought you started with a pdf about doing the td to disco tdi conversion. can't seem to find it. any clues? little tricks?

    am doing the full engine, gearbox and transfer box swop.

    Good man sam! thanks for that it'll prob be on the long finger over the winter since im a student! im sure you understand the financial implications too!! but i'll stick photos up as soon as she's lookin good :)
    Hey langers, i have a 90 thats gonna get the 200 tdi treatment over the winter and hopefully new trim and paint soon after!, i have to say your 110 is sweet!! do you know the exact name or shade of the paint you used? would really appreciate it. thanks, Larry.
