    anybody know whats wrong with my defender!

    i have a 2003 td5 defender 90. it has started to struggle to start when it has been left for over 4 hours and then when it does start it will run lumpy for about 10 seconds and the jump into life but i can put my foot to the floor and it wont rev and then it will pick it self up after about 3 seconds of delay. but until it has been running for about 5 minutes it will be sluggish
