?Dash cluster upgrade 92 Disco 3.5 v8

:doh:Hello, has anybody changed the dash cluster in a 92' manual 3.5 ltr V8, 2 door Discovery? It is probably cable driven and I have a selection of newer Disco's to replace the cluster with. Am I mad or is there a possibllity that I may succeed? Much obliged, Ben.

and yes you are mad but then again we all are certifiable cos we likes landrovers.
How to go about it though I'm not really sure but I bet some one's fooked it up somewhere tee hee. but if you is local to barnsley and you fancey a conspiritor I used to be a sparky and it does sound likes fun. !!!!

I appreciate the offer toxie but I think Berwick in Victoria, Australia is a bit of a stretch!! If you know something about electrics, maybe you can help me with a diagram of the power window looming from the 2 console (5 pin) switches to the power source and to the 2 door wires? as for the wiring diagram gimmie a couple of days and I'll see wot i can come up with

Yes, a long wet trip!! Thanks heaps toxsox. The switches are 5 pin and they are in the centre console, where the little coin box was. Ben.
