Rright when i say half a clutch i cant put it in gear with the engine running but if i start it up get it moving, i can slow down and stop with the clutch down with out it slalling, the clutch is obvoisly not quite engaging properly.

Have recently instlled new master cylinder bled it all. i am bit cofused by this one.

can anyone help???

think you'd need a 200 ton brake press to bend a S3 clutch fork - might try having a right good look at the hoses to see if there are any bubbles in them when the pedal is depressed

and then bleed it again

It sounds like your clutch is not DISengaging properly and its dragging the gearbox round so much so that the syncros can't match the speeds and its not going in.

Check all your hydraulics then suspect a clutch failure, it could be the clutch cover is on its way out, or the fork is bent/almost worn through.

You do know that you need to bleed it with the nose high? The slave cylinder is horizontal and the air needs a bit of help to get out. Sorry if Granny does suck eggs...
