axle wise i was going change mine to salsburys front an back on me 90 to make it as strong trans as possible to fit the 35" the axles are mega strong but as you mentioned drop down abit (messure on flat ground the difference between front and back and decide how much you loose) depending how much weight you intend to carry may be worth keeping if your loading it up if not change it for a 24 spline axle

hiya dave, its gonna be the work van so will carry a few tonnes of steel at a time. but on the other hand will be an off road car aswell as the disco so just trying to compromise between the 2 as big tyres to get the axle off the deck cost big money, also when you look at the weight its gonna carry having drums on the rear is not the best form of braking, will be changing the solid front disks for vented at some point aswell.

if i were you i'd swap it for a new sali axle with discs on, more because of the weight your going to carry.

i'd also stick with the wolf rims they will take the weight with ease, you could change the studs for mill spec this would give you a couple of threads the right side of the nut (the ones you have on now will sit short not a problem but could be)
