So obviously overpriced as zero interest from all listings, other than from complete space cadets (Facebook Marketplace - what a zoo!) - I reckon I’ll keep it for now and get the bodywork sorted then sell it when Winter appears.

l don't think it's too much overpriced, although with the high mileage l would pitch it at £8,500 and expect to get £8,000

ls it a genuine Station Wagon? Have you tried the popular internet auction site?
