Haven't got any unused film, too tight for that
I just happened to have some slide film when I bought my digital SLR so I stuck it in the freezer. That was ages ago, but one day I'll let it warm up and put it though my Canon A1.
Still love the visual quality of slides especially when projected through my machine with the special curved field lens that shows every part of the image sharply. It feels like 3D!
I think it's a Zeiss Ikon, but I'm in the wrong country to be able to check!

Pics as promised.
the guy who owned the jeep must have had more money than sense.
2 Brownings one at least a 50 cal, M1 rifle, M1 carbine, and a whole pile of sh!t else. Looked like a feckin Chritmas tree out of season.
The Panhard is an ultra rare fibre glass bodied one made by GD, in collaboration with Panhard obvs, only 60 odd were ever made. would have looked FAR better with faired -in headlights.
I took a lot more pics and not of every single vehicle there, but don't spose many of you give a poop about em so didn't take up your time with em.
Anyway made a new friend and may one day join the club!
Weather here is overcast whichaccounts for the funny colour in the pics. I could feck about with it but, WTH!!!
Have a nice day folks!
:):):)

Some people pay extra for old 'new' film for the effects it gives ...
Love it!
also used to love the effects you could get in the darkroom.
Somehow playing around on a pooter just isn't the same and some i cannot find out how to do digitally like solarization which I used to love doing

But most old/new stuff just leads to clumping of the grain and /or colour shifts, I believe.
Wonder where you can buy it?
I once was asked to develop and print black and white film that had stayed in the can, exposed but not touched, from the Algerian war. This was in the early 80s. My ex father in law took them. Was amazed how successful it was. He teared up a bit when he saw the results. 30 odd years later.

Evening folks:).

Been busy today, cut the bloody grass again:mad: when's it gonna stop growing for the summer its usually yellow by now.
So after cleaning the cooker and having a swim it was time to settle in for the motogp and our "Suzy":D, tight jeans and high boots today Stan:eek:.

Then settled in for a lazy afternoon as supposed to pick M up at stupid O clock, Message from M take off delayed till 00:30 uk time so now even more stupider O clock. Next message "flight cancelled", they rebooked her for Wedo_O. No reason for the cancelation. Friend is picking her up and she will spend the night in Fleet. Managed to book a flight for her for tomorrow out of LHR early afternoon, which should give her plenty of time to get there and gets here just before 10pm:).

Apart from that I did nothing:).
