Replace front window clip

Hi Everyone,
I cannot close my window on the motor way because the window clip is broken. I've a new one but I didn't know how to replace the clip because it looks like I cannot remove this "furry" window seal without damaging something. Does anybody know a easy way to replace the clip and remove the seal?

The window channel is held in place by small screws in the bottom of the channel, feel along with a small [ ish ]star screw driver to locate them, 2 or 3
