Injector seals, service item?

I’ve been fortunate to own my lovely defender td5 for 6 years now, i haven’t had to replace the injector seals yet, and I don’t think they have ever been done either, is it worth replacing them as preventative maintenance or leave well alone? I did the harness when I first got it just to be on the safe side

IMHO you leave well alone until required, there have been quite a few instances of people cracking the injector sleeve when removing them so to me it isn't worth the risk especially when there is also a good chance you may never have to change them.

I wouldn't bother unless you have a reason to change them. They are pretty straightforward to do, I have done so many I can do it in an hour now!
