Leaked, new Britpart front calipers seals and pistons. defender 90 with 46mm pistons.

I just fitted the above. Three of the four seals on one side leaked ( badly). The leaks popped the dust shield covers off! I replaced them with Bearmach seals, which felt tighter against the pistons (same pistons as supplied by Britpart), and these are fine, no leaks.
Anyone else had or heard of this issue. It seems very strange to me and I've never seen this sort of leak in the past.

You had me at brit part, that's your problem.

I fitted new callipers all round, have a feeling they came in a blue box but not sure….. they have been on for 4 months without a problem.

You should have contacted the supplier before touching them. Do you have photos? There's no excuse for anyone selling defective brake parts, regardless of the colour packaging they came in

These parts were seals and pistons fitted to original Lockheed calipers.
