Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum, I've got some questions that I hope some of you can answer me. First off I'm looking at defenders atm and I've seen with a few depending on age and a few other variables there are two engines that are mainly popping up, they are the 2.2 and the 2.4 so my first question are they good engines/which is the better of the two, I have a feeling that I have some experience with the 2.2 because I drive a ford van with a 2.2 (which in this couldn't pull the skin off custard) so I am presuming there is a commonality with this but please point it out if I'm wrong. The second question is in peoples experiences how hard is it to come by a bed for a defender 130 as this is the model I'm looking into getting and I've seen a few nice 130's but they have the box on the back like what some x United utilities have and I would like to replace this with a normal bed, with canopy if there are any.
