have a look underneath, you probably have a failed or missing rubber mount or something that can be replaced easily.

The exhaust system is low grade stainless, so lasts years, unfortunately the hangers are made of mild steel, so rust of in time.
You can buy clamp on replacements, or have an exhaust fabricator weld some in.
The CV boot has likely split, so needs replacing.
