Dark 'n damp but not raining. Not long now before the big storm begins.
Today is, I hope, going to be a bit less hectic than yesterday. I just have to wait for the verdict on the life of my hardly used but vintage overlocker. It's future is entirely dependent on the availability of spare parts if any are necessary. I've got everything crossed!
Bins are out just waiting for the pick-up truck - he's usually here about 8'ish.

Just gave the fire soot box a clean out before we start to need it, should be a bit betterer now as the water bars are now clear of crud.
Its a bloody stupid design the hole is only just big enough to get me hand in. will make it bigger 1 day. Surprisingly not as much in there as we expected.
Have a good day and watch out for that nasty weather coming the UKs way.

Here, just finished loading yet another scrap wood & garden clear out load for recycling centre. 11.00am app't so should be back before the real heavy rains hit at midday. Checked netweather.tv, wet & windy this afternoon, increased winds trow & Thurs. It'll be a good test for new shed & log store.

You'd be amazed what you can still find though. Prolly depends on the make. But eBay etc may have them, or even a second-hand or scrap one you could get for bits. Unless what's broken on yours is the bit that always breaks.
