Strange creeking noise

Hi all
Am a first time user looking for some help/advice, I drive a 2008 disco 3 GS which has developed a strange creeking noise on the front corner, it happens all the time and if I bounce the front corner, it is quite loud, when the car is driving it sounds like a squeel/ creek
I have recently had the front discs and pads changed and i beleive this noise has occurred since they were done
Any ideas on what this could be would be appreciated
