No I dont think you can with teh icarsoft, need IID or possibly others for that sort of thing.
Tbh only meant to be done when new oil/filter used.

It hesitates at pull off and then there's a bump and it goes faster than I would like. I read on here that this could cure it, if not filter and valve change

Has it had a fluid change?

Adaptive values can only be reset with something like JLR SDD, or the Gap Diagnostics IID BT, and probably a couple of other comprehensive Diagnostic tools.
The Icarsoft I930 doesn't have adaptive value reset capability.

I changed the fluid when i bought the car at 80K, now has 105K on. Going to change again and replace filter and seal to valve body. Already has easy change sump pan on

Change the fluid, and then get a full diagnosis done using JLR SDD. This will give you the necessary information to know what is wrong with it.
Resetting adaptive values isn't always good on an old gearbox, as the reset puts the module into new gearbox mode, so it'll need to learn a considerable amount on a worn box.

And the adaptions will all be back where they were after 200 miles. If it is a bad solenoid they're fairly easy todo. Just time consuming getting to them.

Edit - you can replace solenoids as you like, its best to change the oil and reset the adaptions after you do or you can get very harsh changes and potential damage whilst the gearbox learns the new solenoid values
