Insuring young driver on a 90

Hi

I was pondering a 90 and a road trip with my 18yr old but am struggling to find anyone that will insure him. He passed in Sep20. Has anyone conquered this challenge?!

I am no use to this conversion but I am interested in what you find out since I am in the same position as you are except the other way round, i.e I need insurance my dads 90. Please let me know if you found any thing resonable?
