I was just in the garage cleaning and painting front axle parts and I noticed that the hubs are a bit different. One looks like I would expect with the thin machined ring around the hole for the oil seal on the other one that machined bit is much bigger. I think I may have an early and post 1980 hub but not sure. Do I get another, mainly because my ocd is going because they are different lol, pics below..Thanks You should have seen the bearings in the swivels WOW talk about worn

Already done the rear and I have 2 of the little lip on the back. I've ordered a replacement for the odd unpainted one. Probably turn out the axle is a later one and the funny hub is correct one. That is usually how it goes.

The small lip one is right for late 2a and then 3 up to 1980. I think your odd is from a post 80 Rangy,
Thats what I was suspecting, Ive ordered a replacement if for no other reason than it brings on a raging case of OCD. IT doesnt match, it doesnt match arrrgh.

I don't really pay attention to them when I took them out but they are still in the garage so I will check them.
