What have you done on your 90/110/130 today?

I thought I'd have a go at bringing some life into the owld paintwork , had a quick go with the machine polisher tonight and its give it a bit life

Comes up well! My blue 90 has the same pre-polish look as yours.

I bought a new temp sender from Steve Parker. It was £28.70 including second class postage. Typically, the thin thread one was around a third of the price...

yep I was suprised , it's nearly all original apart from where the previous owner touched in with a yard brush on the wings , of course all the paintwork has plenty patina

I bought this stuff, it makes the dash all shiny, I mean its like I painted it with gloss paint, seats too, they squeak when I sit on them, well impressed, I will try it on the body work tomorrow!

Headlining and trim now out, water leak tracing and derusting where it’s been hidden for years!

One side of the rear seat belt hardware finally out - previous owner gave up having used an angle grinder and cut slots in the seat box in places - vandal, but they were well rusted in. Perseverance, PlusGas, swearing….done.

Used this spec/brand in my last Two Landies - a 200tdi and a Td5, can’t fault them and fit with space to spare…

Battery arrived & fitted. Cranks straight up so all good.
Now the battery I have removed will go onto the S1

now to fit the other battery that arrived to the Motobike.
Also On a plus side the delivery driver put these batteries into my shed instead of leaving on the door step

Rewired all my accessories, fitted a rear seat, getting on with interior comfort stuff.

Fitted a slickshift. It definitely does reduce the throw required to change gear quite a bit. Adjusting the bias springs correctly removes almost all the wobble/slack too - this bit would help even without fitting the kit and is an easy job.

Broke my side mirror.
The other side has come loose on the bracket.

time for some new bigger mirrors

Finished clearing out/removing the rear seat hardware, every bolt was a rusty knacker. Don’t think I’ll refit the seats….

Tried to replace the busted aerial, it’s all hidden behind the dash - for another time.

While rummaging behind the instrument binnacle, found the ABS ECU, full of surprises this one!

@Hicap phill , you may like to replace with convex mirrors - I bought these for the Ninety and they give excellent rear/side viewing

I will look at these as my shed is getting low on mirrors now.

I'm not a fine gentleman but I only have one drivers mirror left in stock.....

Thanks for the offer,I just removed a spare off some old doors.
Every time I go in the shed I find a job I should have done.
Repair old wind up doors
Repair transfer box

New alternator is on and finally the battrey light is off! Also fully insulated the rear and fitted some side boards and cut out a temp bed.
Next is board the roof and build some storage, wood has got very expensive !
