Well, after a rainy start, it was a good day out.
Plenty of tasty LR's and lots to see.
Had quite a few folks come and chat and have a good look around my D1.
I found out that it's code name is Romulus? And the early ones are Jay.
Didn't know that!
Anyway, a couple of photos

Was it good, we're off there tomorrow.
sorry, didn't check in to forum over weekend. I liked the mix of very old to really new.

Weather was mostly good on Saturday but a couple of very heavy downpours whilst we were there, one whilst we were looking around the 'special collections' building, suddenly that building became very busy... :D

My view, it was good, but I took the family and I think for them it was less interesting, the wife used that second big downpour as an excuse to leave, but to be fair, I think for the ticket price and I think maybe another £10 or so to camp or something like that, if you did the weekend, it's probably very good value tbh and I might do the full weekend with one of my boys next year.

Loved seeing all the land rovers, there were a few youtube folk that I follow there as well, so it was nice to see these people in the flesh so to speak.

My mate was saying about someone who does LR bits and bobs, power.. something or other.
It was good having the museum collection there plenty more to see when it was peeing down.
