I would just like to say

A lovely dry, bright and sunny morning again 'ere.
A long day out today, going to see an 'old' friend - three hours there and three hours back.
Enjoy your day, folks. Pity JM is on strike , I would have loved to ask him about the result in yesterday's bye election.

...that my Local Councillor (and leader of the council) has finally replied to my message to him of last Friday, and he says the illegal cafe at the end of the street is certainly NOT a done deal and the fight is NOT over.
I am pleased to have stirred this particular pot.

Hummm an E "must try harder" (remember that comment so well).
So must be a fairly older house, and to be honest I dont think peeps pay much attention to it. If you like a house that's it. As I said its all a scam as far as I am concerned.

Anyway enjoy meeting all these new strangers wandering around your house looking in your cupboards.

I agree, but it does make interesting reading. They are way off for the cost of running it (we have 18 1/2 years of data!) but things like LED lighting kept us out of an 'F' rating lol
Regarding strangers, I am having nothing to do with any potential buyers. We have cleared the place of any personal stuff so they can look at whatever they like
I have given the keys to the agents and they are dealing with everything (earning their money!) and I am ready to go whenever they say yes

You can take all your LEDs with you if they are lamps (bulbs). First house I moved into not 1 light worked, they had taken the lot
Of course I got the blame for that too.

First house I moved into they had taken every bulb from every socket too! I thought it was such bizarre behaviour.
But when Jock's neighbour walked in and he was stripping the wallpaper the neighbour said, Oh? Redecorating? and Jock said.... "No, moving".

Daren't ask what the charge will be!
