New member who bought a cash draining L322

Hey everyone, after countless hours on this forum I decided to become a member an interact a little with you all.
Love(most of the time) my "new" L322 which I bought mostly for my job and some travel plans in not so far future around Scotland and Norway.
Still have some reliability stuff to work out for this though. So questions will be coming.
I can and will do all the work on the car myself since I'm used to working on my cars for about 10 years (since I was 18)

So that was a short intro, looking forward to "getting to know" the other members here.

No the picture is maybe misleading , I better change it to avoid confusion. (Would love to have a G4 like this though. )

Hello and welcome to loonyzone

Welcome and be sure to download the service manual. I have a 2008 which has been pretty reliable so not that much monkey wrenching guidance unless you have to replace the AC compressor which I have done.

Thank you, I've been looking for one but the one I found on here seems to be a not working link. Been thinking on getting pro on the Range Rover owners club since they offer technical data.
I think the 2008 has a jag engine right? Mine is the one with the BMW engine, which I have read very mixed opinions about reliability on.
Think the weakest point on this engine is the chains, vanos seals and injectors (at least thats what I've read the most times) so I'm planning to replace all these to be sure. (having injectors tested before just replacing though)
