Apologies if this has already been posted or responded to. The parking brake light on my 2002 D2 either stays on or is intermittent when driving. The brake fluid is just below the max level in the reservoir and I’ve sprayed silicon lubricant around the handbrake micro switch. I’ve just gone around the block and the light has flashed on then gone off again. Any ideas would be welcomed. Thanks

This usually is an indication of low brake fluid. Remove the filler cap and get someone to watch the light while you manually move the float level switch up and down. If everything is ok then you'll need to check the wiring out - possibly a short to earth causing the light to come on.

Thanks, I’ll give that a go tomorrow.
