Hello. As you know, the first thing to do is change all the oils and filters (including differential fluids, gearbox and HALDEX). Rear differential special weakness. Great car.

Cambelt is due at 10 years old or 150k miles for TD4, but I think it's less miles for the SD4...
Unless it's already been done of course...
As previous post, great car. I've had my 2009 TD4 HSE Auto for 3 years and with regular maintainance it has proved reliable.
Recently replaced the tailgate switch and rear wiper motor which failed a couple of weeks apart...!
I've had a few additional issues, but nothing different to what could afflict any car. Broken coil spring and failed thermostat.

The FL2 is generally pretty good, but you need to make sure the hard worked fluids are changed in a timely fashion. LR say everything is filled for life, which is complete BS, as not replacing fluids on time shortens the life of the components the fluid is supposed to be protecting.
I'd replace the Haldex fluid and filter, also the rear diff, PTU and gearbox.
Make sure you change the engine oil and filter at 7.5k intervals, and not leave it for 15k as per the LR service schedule.
;)
