Where do these bits go?

Hiya,

I've had this discovery in the garage for months now for intake manifold replacements (leaking or something). I stripped it months ago and haven't had chance to put it back together until now (I'm a farmer but previously a mechanic). It's all going together nicely with the exception of a few bits I have no recollection of what they are or where they go and I was hoping I could get a bit of help please. Bonus points for a photo.

I don't recognise those parts ref a D2 TD5.
