Insurance question

Hi all , I have my insurance with Adrian flux , does anyone know if it’s possible to put 2 Land Rovers on one policy for a short time ? The reason for this is I have a 110 but I’ve rebuilt a 90 which is nearly done and I want to put the 90 on the road and sorb the 110 but while I’m mot the 90 it would be beneficial to have both insured then remove the 110 when I sort it after a week. I know I can phone up but as there’s no rush and I don’t want to spend ages on the phone thought I’d ask here first.

Should be possible....but which arm and which leg are you willing to sacrifice?

Did think that should only need it for a week or so and only one defender on the road at a time.

You can get Short Term insurance, same as when you test drive a car ...

Did think of that but thought it would be easier if I can do it on my 110 policy as I’ll change that and put it onto the 90 . Only need it on the 90 to get it taxed really as you can take it to a test station without it .

Some companies will allow the addition of a temporary car. Check with your insurer.

Thanks for the question and we should be able to offer a 'Temporary Additional Vehicle' policy for the 90 which can last up to a month or so I believe.

We can then potentially look to offer you a laid-up policy whilst the 110 is Sorn'd and put the 90 on the existing 110 policy for the remainder of the policy term. If you needed someone to contact you to discuss, just message me your full name and postcode.
