Hello,
With ULEZ approaching we are forced to find a solution for our landie. We know there is a solution by Cybrand for 2.2 euro5 engines, but not for 2.4 euro4 engines.
Does anyone know about other possible conversions. We do not want to sell Mr Landy and buy a stupid electric car!

Sell it and buy the cleaner/ewer model, on landrovers this seems to be anything 65 plate or newer.
Any aftermarket conversion will be nothing but trouble, and very expensive to buy and maintain.

Pretty much sooner or later any pre euro6 diesel is going to be the target of all govt depts.

JE MotorWorks do a conversion for the 2.4 Puma. Basically swaps out to a new 2.3L engine which gives over 300bhp and meets Euro 6. I may be more interested in waiting for a cost effective electric conversion rather than what might only be a temporary reprieve for a Euro 6 conversion.

Don't think it will make any difference as regards ULEZ anyway. The vehicle has to be Euro6 as standard.

I think Euro6 is about as clean as we are going to get current diesel engines, do not forget there is Euro6 A/B and so on, not sure what we are up to now? but it may be one of them things in the future where even a Euro6 A wont cut the mustard and it has to be be B spec or newer.
