If it fails on a dangerous it will have the remaining mot removed as obviously it is deemed dangerous by a Dvsa inspector, the station cannot refuse to let you remove your car , a trailer or recovery is the sensible option,if you was foolish enough to drive away/home on a dangerous prepare for the consequences which could result

Taking the asbestos out of pads and replacing it with super abrasive stuff does for the discs ...
