Starting to think that automatically parking wipers is overrated and a bit too show off-y, and that nobody really needs intermittent wipe anyway - I live in Wales for gawd's sake!!!

....and yes, it was a new motor with a new park switch :-(

The park switch is made from "cheese" even new ones fail. Even new wheelboxes, one did not perform so had to put one of the originals back on. I am my 3rd stalk but fitted a Lucas one which is working fine.

I have gone through all the threads on these pesky wipers cause mine are doing my head in now, I have wash and I have full speed wipe, what I don't have is intermittent or slow speed or self park. Not really fussed about self park if I'm honest
Its had a new motor and park switch and a new relay
I have permanent 12 volts (11.8) at the red wire on the motor which I believe is for slow speed so it should work however nothing
Earth is good (volt dropped 0.01 volts loss under load)
Power to yellow wire when on full speed and motor works as it should

Please if anyone has any ideas before I set fire to the damn thing and buy a land cruiser that would be a great help, this thing has been the Bain of my life with electric issues

Thank you

Mine are still the same. No park, no intermittend wipe. I've just learned to live with it (and several other things that stopped working a few years ago).

Thing is I have spent so much time and effort on it that I now kinda want them working
Had to re-wire complete interior lights
hazards flashing when arming/disarming
hazard light switch (cause I moved it)
rear fog (still not totally sorted) because the switch melted a little bit
Dash lights re done
fitted new radio with apple car play which came with its own challenges
headlight would sometimes work

Its been a labour but its starting to annoy the hell out of me now

Which model is it? (I need to find the right wiring diagram).
