OP:- IME, Dinitrol and Bilt Hamber do excellent rust treatment products ..... (ask me how I know )
For rust conversion, I use BH's deox and Fertan - Fertan is excellent given it needs water to work, and I really like the irony ....
Also, please be aware that the inside of your chassis will be worse than the outside ....
Here's a pic of my new D1 sill, 6 years after replacement, but coated with BH Dynax S-50 - still warm from welding
