last but not least..on the subject of wheel removal, i found this again on the bay...
i typed in for makita and this came up...1/2 inch drive impact wrench for makita 18volt lxt batteries,
body only packed well quick post, even has same led and a nifty switch full power or pulse power that allows 1 revolution at a time, blatant makita copy, but works well and brushless to boot, 330 nm torque..£18..when i got it in october..also got the angle grinder and a reciprocating saw,not stuff on a budget..if it helps.

I have been looking at them as i have a few makita tools for the money i thinks it may well be a know brainer to go in the tool kit

yep totally agree, i have a big tool kit at parents garaging , but my house has a converted garage so no room here, so i didnt want to spend another fortune on replacing tools so did a little homework and sorted a few good bits for not much money, i got the recip saw angle grinder ( soft start and quiet) impact wrench and all working well, cant argue with the cost, as already had the big makita drills chargers batteries.
another route is what my father and @kds have the parkside 20volt one battery fits all range, german made and bloody good stuff, but you got to get them when they are in lidl stores as they are bought up and sold on ebay for inflated prices.. had to go that route for xmas presents.

Yep good buy, had one for the past 2yrs and love the fact that you can set the torque (has 3 settings on mine) so don't over tighten
