Read all these to find that no fu cker can agree! As an ex wine waiter (i refuse the term "sommelier") I would say it actually depends on what is in the charcuterie mix. For Foie Gras for instance a sweet white or at least a "moelleux" is de rigeur, but for a robust country terrine, i'd go for a substantial dry red,
Eat what you like, drink what you like and fu ck the rest of em!

Home made Pizza dough testing tonight. with additives of course

I made pizza over the weekend. Including the dough. Then cooked on a stone in the oven. Not as good as a proper pizza oven but not badWell evening folks

My son makes the pizza here, he does the dough and leaves it to prove overnight in the 'fridge ... really improves the texture and flavour ..

Oh yes very productive day......
First job take camping stove out of the disco & made rolls n sausage on site my mate brought coffees
from costa. We worked for 2 hours then drove to town to get router bits an the bank then swung by
costa (obviously) lol
Back on site worked for 2 hours then I went to the ethnic corner shop for a breakfast pack so we
had a fry up then worked for an hour an finished at 3.30
Im knackered haha

Had a close call with painkillers last night .. usually take one Co-codamol every eight hours and have one paracetamol every 'other' eight hours, alternating parrots and co-co over a 24hr period ...
Till number two son suddenly said 'oi, you not allowed any more coco's till tomorrow' ...
I'd taken two coco's and four hours later two parrots, completely forgetting what I was supposed to be doing ...
I hope my liver will be nice to me today ...
