Although by the time I got home tonight it was dark I thought I’d add some more pictures.
So new PDC module was needed as the other got wet and one of the pins corroded so much it turned to dust when i removed the connector.
This has solved the issue to an extent I still need a new parking sensor on the rear I have a genuine one ready to install there’s only one not clicking so hopefully that solves it.

LED interior lights and my carpet that was in desperate need of a clean. It was brown when I got it and now it’s back to green.


also thought I’d be a bit fancy and change the switch in screen of the radio.

All going well so far. I’ve had a couple of minor issues.

Today I had the old girl helping out on the farm which best suits this shape Range Rover.


And couldn’t resist an older next to even older.

Thats because they look nicer on a P38

Who cares about the outside...but buckingham blue is a very nice shade on the L322

It is the inside that is important.......nice parchment leather, preferably with a leather roof lining.

Oh and heated/ cooled seats.

Unfortunately I couldn’t stretch to a later model with that stuff.
But this is pretty nice inside. It’s got cream interior with green carpet, green and cream doorcards and dash.
It’s a shame because the m57 engine is really good and very tuneable if only that was mated to the zf6hp automatic I’d choose it over a tdv8.
This is only my winter car and farm workhorse and my 335d is for the rest of the year.

I agree with you there about the gearbox. Vauxhall did the same thing with the M51 engine and a gm ar25 gearbox.. Disaster but you could fit the GM ar35 box from the 3.0 v6 and change the bellhousing. It went straight on and gave you a stronger setup... Just a shame handbrake turns dont go down well autboxes...
