I am pooped. Today I was mostly putting up me scaffold tower and started taking me chimney down. Don't know which is the most rickety, me or the tower, I think it is time to think about scrapping most of it after this job. First part of the demo is to break up a reinforced concrete top slab and get the pot off. While I was breaking it up (job half done) a brick escaped from under it and took out half a dozen roofing tiles on its journey to the ground. Luckily I have a good stock of spare tiles :oops:. On the plus side the views from up there are great, must get some pics tomorrow for the album.

Eye wur int gardin yesdi un thar beer churpin darn bottom ov me gardin int bush. Eye went ferra wonda darn. Dint no worrit was so eye used me burd app ter record un analyse it. It beer europeun bobbin. Eye went closer un stud by bush but cuddunt see it. So eye left it er lone int case it gorrup set.

Our lot are pretty good too. We also have a special dump in North Pompey where you can get shot of spestos too. You has too double wrap it though. The mega cling film our lot use on palletised outbound is perfik.

Yer not kidding the 348ts was 200 odd quid cheaper o_O The thing was I had a full no claims
& I could transfer to the quad oh aye great youd think, oh no you couldnt transfer it back onto
a car wtf so I just bit the bullet.

Means I is to be preeshated an valued coz I is older an nose stuff an don't mind gettin stuck in, helping out or sharin the bounty of my muckin about / bodgin hexperience / once in a while genius momint, wif the nippers left after walrus related redunt aunties.

Might be fun, might be on the road wif Shimmy once they've bled me dry :rolleyes::D:p

We can tip a fair bit of rubble but not every day and we cannot go anywhere near the place with asbestos!
I'd cut the rubber off and take the wheels to the local scrap metal place, for dosh like @kevstar. Then just the rubber would need chucking and that would be done bit by bit.;)

I just remove them from the rim does help when if you were a tyre fitter for years lol
Bit of angle iron & a lump hammer will break the beads but then I try to save the rims
without putting a 1mm cutting disc through them, you must like the smell of burning rubber :D
