P38A Door Card

Hi Guys, need your help again, does anybody know how to take of the centre section of a door card as I need to try and get this recovered as it has gone over the years with the sun light and if anyone knows where I can get it recovered. Thanks.

Mabey take out that little speaker I’m not sure it may just be stuck on but there will be someone on here that’s done it and will put you right

I redid mine with spray glue, a roller to spread it out and a sharpened lolly pop stick to poke edges in nice, didn’t take them out
