Morning,
Whilst I know that many don’t think they’re worth the time, I have a 3MB diesel, so any savings in power are worth hunting for! I have a pair to fit, but one side four of the springs have failed; does anyone know the right size and strength of spring to fit as a replacement?
Thanks

If you Google it there's a service kit..... I don't know if the springs are part of it though.

No springs in the kit and tbh most of the kit you wont use. The screws are slightly different in the kit and the one rubber seal you want to replace isn't in the kit. The one that goes around the central switch has a lip that acts as a dust seal, don't damage it! From what I can gather production moved to Mexico and it looks like the kit is sort of for the landy freewheeling hubs but not quite.
