Tailgate Cable Problem

Hi I am new to this forum but really hoping somebody can help.
My 2013 RR vogue has wire cable stays on the rear tailgate, both have snapped. I am looking for a replacement part number but can't see this in any tailgate diagram picture or find anything online. There are plenty of the earlier ones with the rubber shroud but mine it just wire.
Any help would be appreciated as we are hoping to do a DIY repair.
