I'll be disconnecting the battery in the next day or 3 so maybe I'll be able to chip in. I do have a nano and I've had issues starting in the past after reconnecting the battery, but passive coil has sorted it

I got the arse once I ****ed of to FFRR for a bit, nice chaps and technically very good but boring as ****.
I think we need @tomcat59alan and his 25 litres of baby oil and Olympic size paddling pool to sort out and differences x

You don't need to believe me, and anyway you don't have a nanocom. Anyone who has a nanocom will use eka entry in this situation, if their passive coil hasn't already got them out of trouble. All I'm saying is don't waste time trying to change settings that are locked. It just depends how long you want to be immobilised by the side of the road, or wherever. I am fully open to the idea that has a pre-production Nano that does things that production Nanocoms can't

Wazza doesn’t have a P38 engine + Nanocom either.

Don't know. Never touched GEMS. i thought the only difference was the passive coil but i may well be mistaken

Some people don’t even have the EKA number no idea how they manage

I have a number but don't know if it's correct.
I tried entering it once with the drivers door but couldn't make it work. Or i was trying to fix the wrong issue. Never bothered since.
The biggest fag will be getting the sunroof and front windows synced as they all jamb

I see, that when it is all boiled down, we only need one forum topic and one post in that topic .....It can be done .... Work it out yourself!

With that knowledge you can fix anything and no need to read any further! I wish I’d known that before I started trawling forums for help and advice. I got it, right there! So, off to work it out for myself

There is one member very very good with EKA & petrol versions but I don’t want to tag him and bring him in here with the trouble, poor guy had lot on his plate lately. He has helped many many EKA sufferers, probably not as much as Wammers but more petrol bias
