I was reading through some of the project threads where people were simply buying repair panels for discos, series etc and wondered if anything like that was available for the freebie 1?

Not that I know, but many original panels are still available. ;)
I'll admit I only had a cursory look, but the few sites I was looking on simply said "delivery when in stock", or "direct from manufacturer", with nothing concrete. Thought you guys would know for sure... :)

What panels are you looking for? Freelanders don't have much of a problem with rust so used panels from a breaker will probably be OK.

Not looking for any myself, just looking at the project threads and it dawned on me that I hadn't seen any for the FL1, but then again, I hadn't been actively looking for them either.

Mine had a inner sill go on the drivers side also an outrigger on the same and I had to cut them out and fabricate the parts myself then weld it all back up again, people say freelanders don’t rust they do it’s just most is hidden by plastic covers which hide the trapped moisture and muck , might not be so bad on ones used only on road
