The deeded clutch bleed D2

Hi all been finishing the ids and sods off on the disco the clutch as always been abit soft and low since we got it so went and did a full bleed, pump the pedal hold it down crack the bleed nipple, fluid little bit of or did this 7-8 times and no pedal

back bleeding with a easy bleed no pedal

Took the feed pipe off the master from the break fluid resivour and put the easy blead on bleeding quite abit of air came out Locked bleed nippe off pedal was right at the top, took the easy bleed off the master
Got some pedal but struggled to get a gear keep pumping the clutch it will go into gear but bite is right at the bottom,

any help people

And when you do it, bleed it with slave clamped down with a g clamp and socket
hi thanks how do you mean with the slave clamped down do you mean don’t fit it into the bell housing and clamp it so it carnt extend the out ?

exactly mate. I spent a good 3-4 hours going mad trying to bleed mine and it had a new slave. I’ve even got a new master in the box of spares as couldn’t work it out! I fully stripped my existing master and rebuilt as was struggling so much.
Was then advised on here by @Hicap phill to do the above and it bled first time
 

Good explanation.
Clutches and brakes move SO little before acting, and this demonstrated this very well.
He didn't mention it, but if you can't get anything else in there, you can sometimes use wire wrapped round and round.
Or simply take it off the vehicle and then clamp it, there is usually enough flexibility built into the piping. :):)
