Just visiting family and my passenger rear suspension has failed...fluid everywhere, Freelander 2 2010 Xs 114000 I can’t afford to get both done due to losing pay over the Covid thingy, would it be ok to get one done this month and the other next, I need to drive back to Norwich from Stoke but will at least have one sorted.
Any advice would be good thanks
Steve

It's not advisable to replace just one damper, as it can imbalance the vehicle. However as long as it is driven with care, the it'd probably be ok, and definitely better than a leaking damper.

Make sure you get same make when you buy the other side.;)

Advisable to do both at the same time but saying that did one damper last year, have the second one still to do, but shortage of time and procrastination have cause a delay, car drives with no problems. Like Nodge says get same type of damper both times.
