Something else I have noticed if you roll out of gear hit as many bumps as possible it never triggers TC I thought at first this was because there was no drive as such to wheels
But that can’t be so as sensor is picking up rotation not weather you are in or out of gear
It’s all very odd and confusing

...and has been said before, it is often hard to feel that a hub is sufficiently worn to set this off.
But yours is certainly one of the weirdest we have had on here, and there have been a few!

Yes I realised that just as I posted
And I can say to all of you it’s tormenting the life out of me
Could do with knowing good auto electrician
But thanks for all help and addvice
Particularly SF he knows his stuff can you pop round

Are all tyre pressures what they should be?
Are there any big differences in rolling radius of the tyres?
All this meaning between wheels on each axle, i.e. not front to back.

That's a good point , the other replies about diagnostics are futile if you concentrate on what i explained before ... also front to back is important as well cos the system was calibrated from factory for standard dimension tyres at the recommended pressures as to work perfect

Yes that was about 1st on list as it’s easiest
Front 35 rear 40 as I tow always been the same for years
Tyres all fitted new even tread

Can I ask where you found the picture of CO362? It's not in my version of RAVE or the pdf version elsewhere on the internet. Thanks.

I found it in the New Discovery Electrical Library, Publication Part No. VDL 100000 2nd. Edition 05/99, Section 5 - Connector, Page 444

Re does light go off when brake applied
No stays on
Been left foot breaking the second you just tap pedal it kills the TC instantly but light remains for a couple of seconds
