P38A Nanocom troubles

Hi all,as title suggests my Nanocom talks to the EAS without problems but it wont talk to either the HEVAC or the door outstation . however 2 or 3 days ago it was ok with both. Is there any fuses that I should know about? Any assistance gratefully received. Thanks

I often have HEVAC comms issues on mine. Re-plug Nanocom cable into diagnostic socket a few times & try again. Socket might need cleaning ?

Door outstations are via BECM, which only seems to work with ignition off on mine.

You sometimes get comms problems with the hevac if your BECM is unlocked.

As said sometimes communication with Hevac can be lost if BECM is set unlocked. Hevac feeds into datalink connector via two wires pin 7 Pink/red, pin 15 Light green/red. But if there are bad connections on these two wires there will be several other systems that will not connect as they are all linked to these two wires. Engine ECU/Cruise control/ABS/BECM will not communicate.

Don't forget that the diagnostic data line you need also goes via C102 / C202 (behind RH kick panel). They usually corrode so could be the cause of no communications ?

thanks all, did a bit of " greenery" removal yesterday. this am " key in pos 2" engine not running managed to talk to outstation on L H door and get windows to work again will keep trying for HEVAC

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I just wait and it seems to fix itself.
