Replaced Final Stage Resistor 4 times blower fan stays on STILL!

Replaced Final Stage Resistor 4 times blower fan stays on STILL! Parts have been warrantied out but this is sucking away at my time off road! Fan still blows strong... Works for a few days sometimes more never the same. Then boom another one dies. What is the root cause? Do I need to replace the fan? Doesn't seem like it.. please help!

Is it a Freelander? If so it's clearly stuck on blow dry:D
 
I was suggesting if it was a Freelander, a hair dresser's motor, that maybe it is stuck in blow dry mode.
