Green lanes in North Yorkshire

Hi All,

I am based near Harrogate and have done a few gentle green lanes... im after some fun trips to do that are a little more involved and adventurous without needing a specially built up high lift suspension system. i just have a fully original 130.

I've been doing a few in North Yorkshire (dales) should be going again sat/Sun I've just got some os maps and sorted a couple of routes out

Hi sorry this is a an old thread but I live in the dales and I am looking for some good routes! So if you could point me in some good directions that would be great thanks

Is winter a good time to be chewing up the lanes or are you planning ahead for next year?

I'm forward planning I moved up here from flat Lincolnshire 18 months ago so I need to get out and plan some routes

Plenty of good lanes in North Yorkshire which are rock and fine to drive in wet weather. Our group usually goes out regularly but it’s difficult at the moment. Most I’ve done recently is some local stuff in the Wharfe and Washburn valleys

Wouldn't mind tagging along if your going in the next few week ? My pals off a he road x the min so we're not getting out
