Afternoon Friday clock watchers
Well there goes another week, was tiling floor again this morning and decided that 4 tiles per bucket is getting silly. So stopped and poured some self leveling I had left to take up the slack.So back to work tomorrow, no weekend for us retired peeps.

Oh the poop Lorry came today and took 2 loads of good quality poop & water out of our tank. First time in 12 years, the walnut tree is obviously not drinking enough I actually think that me now being retired so home all the time is the reason we have noticed it full. Oh well I suppose £70 for 12 years of poop works out quite good value.

Now what’s for tea

It is one of those 'Wait & See' things. Cats are incredibly resilient (anything that can bite the head off a mouse and eat it for fun has to be) and so I was willing to see if she would self-recover.
Clearly, she wasn't coping as well as usual so some intervention was indeed required. Key "change" was the coat condition (it is a bit of a "litmus-paper" on a white cat). Happy to spend the money to give her a leg-up. :-D

They were only little dumbbells (5Kg each), and they are definitely less than 1/2 my bodyweight.

That's an issue too!
If I try grooming her she buggers off for a few days. AND it take 2 of us. 1 wearing gauntlets holding her, and one wielding a brush.

Axminster tools have reopened their Wycombe shop, I may venture out from the bunker tomorrow

Still hate going on weekly shopping trip with chavs (old and young) who don't care if they are Asymptomatic spreading this terrible virus

I think you will find the birds will be far too wary of it being a' trap'. When feeding, they like to feel they can escape quickly and easily if they have to, I don't think they would appreciate having to queue to get through the little 'ole.
